Oh. Time to hit the gym.
No, it may be that your body is trying t expel the toxins that are built up in your body, but exercise is great for all of us. My exercise is training horses, which is very strenuous, but is fun and I get to be outdoors.
Thank you for listing these as I end up making bland foods to avoid sugar and simple carbs and I didn't have ideas for being more creative. Also I didn't know about the spit test. I will have my nephew try that as I think he is a candidate.
Also I think I can get friends to eat these recipes too so that way I don't have to cook 2 meals.

Do you have any recipes for a yeast free, wheat free pizza dough? I found some for yeast free but would love to find something with a wheat substitute.
CRUST: 2 c. GF flour, tsp. salt , 2 tsp. baking powder , 2/3 c. water, 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water. Knead on floured counter just until workable and spreadable, about 2 minutes. Put on pizza pan, with fingers spread vegetable (olive) oil on crust

I suffered from Candida when I was young and never thought about when I got older, I have had an infected toe nail for about 3 years now and medicine didnt help so I went onto the Internet to find out more about curing it and lo and behold up came Candida. I did the Detox and cant tell you how good I feel so many aches and pains gone, even my arthritis seems to be better, I'm now printing your receipes to stay on track with this diet oh yes the bonus is that I've already lost 5kgs!!! Thank you so much.
This is an awesome resource site! I've been in and out of the hospital since September '10, and ALL of the tests they have done(cat-scans, x-rays, EGD's , Colonoscopies, ect...) have come back a-okay. I have now decided to stick to this diet plan (Candida diet) and see if I start to heal... Thank you so much for making these resources available to those of us who are new to the battle against candida! This means the world to me....
One thing I'd prefer to touch upon is that weightloss system fast may be accomplished by the correct diet and exercise. Ones size not just affects the look, but also the actual quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorders, health risks, as well as physical abilities are impacted in an increase in weight. It is possible to make everything right and at the same time having a gain. In such a circumstance, a medical problem may be the primary cause. While a lot of food and not enough exercising are usually to blame, common health concerns and traditionally used prescriptions can certainly greatly help to increase size. Thanks for your post in this article.

I am praising God for you and this awesome site! I am now 70 years old, suffered ALL of my life with terrible physical problems w/bowles, infections, dental, infirmities, swelling, terrible stomach ulcers, hemmroids, etc.etc. and I have JUST learned that I have always been G-I and D-I! And I am so grateful to my Lord Jesus Christ for leading me to a local health store, (called God's Pharmacy, and meeting Matt who has got me on a program which is bringing my nearly destroyed body and mind back to health and strength so I can live a good life! He directed me to this site! Thank you, Matt! And thank YOU for sharing these wonderful facts and recipes for those of us who have suffered so horribly from lack of knowledge, and eating all the wrong foods throughout life, nearly killing ourselves! I've been on this program less than a week, sticking strickly to it, and now my mind is not cloudy, nor am I confused and losing my balance, but all sneezing & coughing & mucous gone, but also inflammation is gone, and my bowels are working wonderful too! Plus I am sleeping great for the first time in years. And NOW, I am able to receive such wonderful info and knowledge, and recipes, and ways of preparing foods that are healthy for me and my husband that I feel like leaping for joy! God bless you big time for sharing, caring, and doing what you have done to give us out here the wonderful news of healing! I will tell as many as I can about your site, and try to help people to know of you and the fact that there IS a cure for G-I and D-I people through correct foods! Again, thank you ever so much!
Thank you for this site wammytk, I only came across it yesterday. I have been on the yeast detox for about 1.5 weeks, so not long yet, although it kinda feels that way.
I read Leon Chaitwicks book on being candida free. It is very good and radical too. He mentions Dr Crook.
I have a couple of questions and would be grateful for your comments:
Leon says its best not to eat nuts, both shelled and open as these may have been in the shop for some time and therefore subject to mould. What are your thoughts?
I bought a yeast free cookbook on line by Whitney Fraizer and she seems to use a lot of tin foods, together with regular flour and ham. I would be grateful for your opinion as tin foods are surely processed, I am not sure that plain floor is ok to use and I understood that it is best not to use pork.
Many thanks
I have been on the candida diet now for almost 2 months. Before the diet I had a severe case of psoriasis and rash around the groin and genitalia. After taking oregano capsules and changing my diet I have noticed that the rash has now moved onto my face. Very itchy and red. The only carbohydrates I have is brown rice these days. Please help me how to get rid of my red and itchy face. I take Aqua Flora twice daily for the last few weeks now. Heeeellllllllppppppppppppp!!!
Thank you for all your info. I have just begun the ACD and find your info reassuring and it helps clarify some contradictions. Can you please tell me is oat milk allowed in phase 1 of an ACD? I am concerned it may still have a gluten content and although I am not diagnosed as gluten intol. & don't suspect I would be hugely intolerant but I am hoping to assess whether I am or not at all during my ACD. Thanks kindly.
